During an initial assessment, Mary meets with the Client (the coachee) and a company sponsor to better understand your current challenges and personalize a coaching plan. Then, Mary meets weekly or bi-weekly with the Client during one-on-one sessions to set goals, develop skills, and overcome obstacles.
